Eco Cloud assesses EPC applicants for potential project suitability, technical capacity, compliance and integrity. Submission is not approval, an award or a commitment to engage. Assessment depth depends on project scope, procurement requirements and risk.
Applicants may be asked to evidence incorporation, beneficial ownership, registered address, tax status, professional licences and the authority of the person submitting the application. Details must match the organisation represented. Notify Eco Cloud of material ownership, licensing or contact changes.
Assessment may cover engineering expertise, procurement capacity, construction delivery, staff qualifications, equipment, relevant completed work, ongoing commitments, safety performance and environmental practices. Claimed project references may be checked with appropriate parties.
Eco Cloud may request appropriate financial statements, banking references, insurance evidence, tax compliance, quality or safety certifications, litigation explanations and project-specific eligibility information. Do not disclose banking passwords or unnecessary personal details. Additional sensitive evidence should be supplied through an agreed secure channel.
Disclose material conflicts of interest, sanctions-related restrictions, debarment, fraud findings or proceedings relevant to eligibility. Gifts, improper influence, bribery, collusion and forged evidence are prohibited. Eco Cloud may reject or suspend assessment if information is misleading, evidence cannot be verified or integrity concerns remain unresolved.
Eco Cloud may seek clarifications and request permission for relevant reference checks or additional verification. Applicants should have an opportunity to explain material inconsistencies where appropriate. No automated eligibility scoring is promised by this website.
Assessment documents are for authorised review and relevant lawful verification. Registration status may change after further checks. Any engagement requires its own approval and written contract. Contact Eco Cloud for clarification, corrections, concerns or withdrawal of an application.
