These terms govern the Eco Cloud Consultants Limited website and applicant workspace. By creating an account or submitting an EPC application, you agree to these terms. Separate signed consultancy, procurement and project contracts govern any engagement and take precedence for that engagement. Website content is general information, not an offer, engineering instruction, financing commitment or guarantee of approval.
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the organisation identified in your application. Provide accurate identity, company, licensing, financial and contact information. You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to share references, employee information and documents concerning other people.
Use a unique password, protect your credentials and report suspected misuse to Eco Cloud promptly. Do not share accounts or attempt to access another applicant’s records or the administration workspace. Eco Cloud may restrict access where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, compromised credentials or legal requirements.
Do not upload malware, unlawful material, forged or misleading documents, confidential third-party material without authority, or unnecessary personal data. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape private information, impersonate others or use the site for unsolicited marketing.
Registration is an expression of interest. It does not create preferred supplier status, exclusivity, employment, a tender award or an entitlement to project information. Eco Cloud may request clarifications and evidence, assess suitability and decline an application. Material changes to submitted information should be reported to Eco Cloud.
Eco Cloud and its licensors retain rights in website branding, publications and materials. You retain rights in your submitted documents and permit Eco Cloud to use them only for application administration, assessment, verification and related lawful purposes described in the privacy policy. Reuse of project materials requires permission where indicated.
Eco Cloud takes reasonable steps to maintain the service, but access may be interrupted and published information may change. Obtain independent professional advice before relying on information for technical, investment or contractual decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Material changes will be published with a revised date and, where necessary, communicated to account holders. For account, application or website complaints contact Eco Cloud using the details below. Kenyan law applies, subject to any mandatory rights and the jurisdiction provisions of a signed project contract.
